i was going to get the game but when i found out you have to pay to go online the game went out of my mind xD
MellowMalte ther is trains they are coming but nobody know when and the buses are already i just try to say that the game would have more players if the planet mode would be free p.s (i have cities xl and i have played it like 2 months and i love it)
I got this game, Its not as fun as shown
Besides the fee i really can’t recommend this gae after playing it for almost 3 months now. It crashes regularly, you can’t really trade because there are only few players and this video includes material which was planned, but never realized. There are no trains, for buses you have to pay the online mode. It had a high potential, but all in all it is trashy in my opinion. A big project. Too big for Monte Cristo… better spend your money on useful games

looks cool, but as everyone is saying, I wouldn’t pay a monthly fee for a game like this, maybe for a MMORPG like wow, sure, but not for a city building game.

thats pretty funny, cause then you guys really have to make a bad payment if you cant afford 10$ a month, i assume your kinda adult when you have to pay bills and fodd and stuff, but srsly, i do the same and can still afford it :S so “Normal” people CAN play, i guess it all comes down to priority . . . if you like this game buy it and play, or dont play this game, my self i dont play it, but it looks cool

You pay a monthly fee to pay for the large amount of infrastructure required to host the game. These servers need to be maintained, and that costs money.
You also pay a monthly fee for additional content to be added to the game, over time.
Almost every game that has a monthly fee, has these features.
This game is a Single Player game with a MMO backbone for multiplayer. You pay for the game since it took time to code it.
Stop being so cynical on a subject you don’t seem to understand.
