this was recently shown in the new issue of nintendo power, it is the same thing as the dsi except it has some games already downloaded into it and it is much larger with 4.2 inch screens.

@trickyb8 Thanks. I really wish I had the opportunity to do reviews of systems, betas, and games before release like the big guys. I’m hoping this eventually blows up into my own little Kotaku kind of thing. Heck, I would even make video reviews for Kotaku if they offered it to me. I’m all about detail and showing the community exactly what they would see in their own living room.

the xl’s touch screen is more accurate because the pixels are larger which makes it better… i think…

@Ninstroyer The XL weighs 100 grams (3 ounces) more. I suppose if you played it for like 3 hours straight you might get tired. Due to its large screen size you can easily set it on a table or rest it on your lap and play it. That’s why I love it. You don’t have to put the system right in front of your face, you can actually relax and play it.
@xyxyxyfan You can use it for the Internet and it does work pretty well but it’s a little slow like dial-up speed slow. Sites like IGN might not fully load either since it does not have that much memory.
Since it weighs more does that mean your arms will tire from holding it?
I could hold my DS Lite for a long, long time and never feel tired holding it. But I’m not sure about the XL’s weight.

it,s a gaming system it’s not perfect and u can’t compare to 3G
@X3Mimpact I assume you are talking about GBA compatible. Only the DS Lite and old DS fat are compatible. The new DSi models do not feature a GBA slot.

bad things (reason why not bad so there good really)
buttons feel diffrent (so people thing ds lite ones fell weird and dsi ones)
does weigh more (Dont you expect that its XL meaning extra large so if it weigh less that would be amazing but who cares what is weighs like)
case for xl very large (Dont you expect that to its XL so off couse there going to be bigger)

@battleboy23 Actually every game I’ve played looks better since the XL has better screens and nothing has been fuzzy. I know other people have complained about this but it’s a myth. Increasing screen size doesn’t necessarily change the way it looks. I know it’s tough to tell but youtube reduces my video quality by about 70% so any fuzzyness you see is caused by that.
@mileycyrus1fan1991 Yea they can but the grafics are expanded so its might be a little fuzzy. it costs like $201 at game stop.So i hope this help add me!!!!!
