What’s odd it that we have little, if no information at all of what will become of the Aspects: basing the information on the cinematic, it is obvious the are no longer immortals and do not possess anymore their superior powers; it is likely that they are back to be “normal dragon”, even if the most powerful dragon of their flights.
The Titans knew that, but not how, one day the imprisoned Old Gods would come up with a plan to break free of their undergroud prisons. The day that machinations would eventually lead to the actual attempt to escape their bonds is referred as the “Hour of twilight”.
The true purpose of the Aspects was to watch over the young world (pre-sundering) and to prevent the Hour of Twilight.
Both of their purposes have been fulfilled and so their Titan-given powers are “expended”.
WTF!? The threat of the old god still persist isn’t it? the nightmare in Emerald dream, the old god that corrupted Neltharion… Who is going to stop those threats with the aspects losing their power? and no more Immortals NE!! T_T
Can’t understand the meaning of this….so, what these mighty dragons are now? Humans and elfs? Or Dragons like all other? They can’t anymore flame aroung growing life? or stop the time or use arcane magic?!?!? I Mean, wtf there are still plenty of old gods, demons, azshara and stuff like that outside!!! I can’t understand what really happened to them, and WHY….

I think the madness of Deathwing looked cool. It depicted an abomination of hellish proportions. As for the cinematic, why didn’t they mention serving a purpose when Malygos was killed? Not QQing though, I loved this cinematic.

In “epic” fantasy worlds like this, different forces are supposed to interact all the time. I guess this isn’t epic any more, or even lore. It just the sequential killing Warcract RTS characters blizzard stalls for the release of titan.
