@culturaleyes It can do both. I don’t own one but the manual is available for free on the DSI site and it details its very generous features.

So this video is making me want to purchase one of these. As previously commmented this is by far the best demo of the evolver on youtube… i just hope that i can get as good as you if i do buy it
Can the evolver desktop be played with a controller keyboard, to play notes in real time like a regular synth does, or can it only do step sequencing?
I was very torn on purchasing the Evolver or starting up a modular system. Your video sold me on the Evolver and showed me how this machine can do much more then what I first thought (all with just using built in effects and sequencer, WOW). Thank you for your sick skills and keen sense of sound.
Can this send midi-notes to other synths, to play sequence with other synth?
If I am correct, the Evolver desktop has four oscillators, each with its own internal sequence. However, if I wanted to use an externnal sequencer, such as the MPC 1000, to control each oscillator seperatly, as in create 8 sequences on the MPC and want to trigger 4 different sequences to thedifferent oscillators and switch patterns, would that be possible. If so, which MIDI channels are the different oscillators operating on.
tell me: how are you playing the evolver? i mean, i dont see MIDI connections… and there’s no keyboard… how can u create notes and patterns? thanks!

With the eshop are you allowed to add whatever price you want on it?, like if a game is 6 dollars and you have 5.50 can you just add the 50 cents or do you have to use 10 dollars?

For the E shop, how do you buy the games, can you use nintendo points cards? Sorry if it says it in the video, my speakers are dead
actually the 3ds has flash installed so yeah you can watch youtube on it and netflex etc but not playing computer mini games

2. Do you need SD Cards to download games from the e-Shop?
E-Shop should have GBA games and they HAVE to add pokemon blue yellow and red, Pokemon Gold Silver & Crystal. Or people will spam nintendo until they do.
