@ShantyManCan honestly the obesity epidemic is really exaggerated its only in some parts of the country not here in New England and as for me thinking we are the world biggest superpower you are wrong. We are like Rome on top for now but we are about to crumble like a house of cards. In fact i just wrote an essay on the very topic. Back to the whole World War II thing, the US joining the war really tipped the balance in the allie’s favor i was just being really patriotic earlier, truce?
@1992bwalker And Europe wouldn’t exist if it weren’t for crops from the fertile crescent being spread there resulting in Civilization growing up in an everlasting arms race that did lead to the colonization of the new world and eventually World War 2 where The USA put its young men on the front lines of battle to fight and die like every other country that wanted to survive. The only reason the US came out stronger than everyone else is because the war didn’t hit home.
@Vip3rAce there you go taking the credit for D-Day now? You’re forgetting the French and Canadians. You didn’t play as bigger role as your presume. Also the Russia liberation of Stalingrad was the true turning point of the war, because the soviets could now get their army mobilised for Germany.
