@TheAqui11 Agreed Other M was a great game and those references that connect with Metroid Fusion. It was good. My only complaint which is authentic is limited exploration and no new powers or suits. Still they should DEFINITELY keep this style going.

it still feels like it’s lacking something. really lacking something. if they can make games that are so vast, huge as the Zelda games. why can’t they do this with a Metroid! Prime 1 still seems like the largest.
@Teddy891988 Super Metroid is great as it is. I’d much rather see a sequel to Metroid Fusion so the series can finally continue forward in time.

@SonicSanctuary dont its horrible! at the start of this gamer u find this furry chicken thing which turns out to be ridley (WTF) and the gameplay is repetive and boring with a pussy and whiny samus that crys about every thing…. oh and adam malkovich dies . this samus acts like some one else i felt like i didnt even know who samus was in this game

I am a long time Metroid fan, played every Metroid game, and Other M ended up to be my favorite Metroid game. I played through it like 5 times and it still isn´t boring. FOr me, its like a drug.

@Zolazora32 Most avid Metroid fans will tell you it sucks because it supposedly is a betrayal of character in the way it presents Samus. In truth, Nintendo has never revealed what her personality is really like, so it’s actually quite consistent, though regardless one thing I will agree with the fanboys on is that it was still a bad portrayal nonetheless and I would have done it differently. Getting beyond Samus and her terrible voice actress however, the game is otherwise very awesome.

other m gives samus some personality and flaws, but it doesn’t go THAT overboard. adam says that samus is the true hero. it would suck if samus leaned on every single person, but the only person she had that view towards was adam, which, as a human being, is realistic
@kanagawa85 BUY THIS GAME, it is one of the best amd most underrated games, Metroid or otherwise, ever. People are complaining about the story and Samus’ vulnerability. If you pause and think for a minute, vulnerable Samus makes sense coming from her tragic and violent background. And if you dont care about that, the action gameplay and visuals of Other M are brilliant. Think before you hate–METROID OTHER M FOREVER!
