My DS is really fucked up.
Somehow, the entire device is warped badly and the top screen is cracked. I can still turn it on, but even when i do, neither of the screens light up at all. What’s worse is the serial number on the device is nowhere to be found, so the warranty is already void.

guys its really not tht hard,and i abused the crap out of the flat wire and my ds ended up working perfectly even though i treated the wire like crap,the only way you will break the wire is if you want to break it.just be careful and you should be done in no time
I tried to replace the case with a black one and during the process the flatwire tore in half.We did everything right but still it tore while we were attatching it to the mother board.I watched your video and saw that you screwed in the screws for the top screen at the end.Whereas we did it right after we assembled it.Does it make any difference?Please reply
