This is a comparison of the English and Japanese releases of Pokémon Black. There are some small differences, such as the orientation of the backs of the boxes and some of the pamphlets included. I have the canadian one and it’s different because it’s writin’ in english and french.
The WiFi symbol on Both Pokemon Black on the English one and Japanese one are on different sides on the case.

@DigiTheHedgehog I know the games are almost identical save for a few stylistic changes to match British English more. I think he wanted me to show off the enormous manual that was included with it.
