How did you get pokemon black and white in English
@ElectricCharizard Ok, I managed to get it to run flawlessly (60 FPS). You need to do what you said and disable advanced bus-level trimming, change the frame-skip rate to 2 or 3, and change the 3D settings to render software rasteriser and disable everything else. I hope this helps someone reading these comments.
@pokeblackguide Thanks, I’ll try that. I have similar specs (4GB dual core) but for some reason it’s very laggy.
@ElectricCharizard Not especially, it’s an alright laptop I think 4GB RAM.
With this ROM though and the latest Desmume (0.9.6) there are some settings to speed it up.
Emulation -> Cheats -> Disable
Config -> Emu Settings -> Then uncheck the box Enable advanced bus-level timing.
@pokeblackguide Wow, impressive. Is your computer just particularly fast?
@ElectricCharizard If I’m not recording, it plays at full speed, if I have nothing else open and just that, it runs faster than 100% or 100% when recording.
Just a quick question – does this rom play at full speed for you? I know the recording is at full speed, but Desmume does that for me anyway even if the rom itself doesn’t play at full speed. Thanks.
