@mandeep326 they are both hold items, choice scarf increases a pokemons speed by 1.5x but only allows them to use one of their moves before switching out i.e. they are locked in to a move. Life orb increases every attack a pokemon does by 1.3x (i think) but the pokemon takes small bit of damage each turn (but they are not locked in to a move)

@mandeep326 when u scarf someone it choice scarf it boosts up there speed and when u life orb a pokemon it increases the special attack and physical attack
