where i live (costa rica) always they give you a figurine if they ran out they ordered more because is at the garanty (PS: iI have giratina figurine)

when i got at game stop they ran out of figures
When I got the Giritina game, I got mine at Wal-Mart , and I got the figurine with it. But mine didnt come with the box, it actually came in the game box, and I got a Ds case
That figurine was a special preorder bonus at GameStop. That was the ONLY way to get it.
how come you got giratina figure and when i got platinum it didnt came?
