Powermat Review – Wireless Charging. ( MobilityMinded)

www.mobilityminded.com The Powermat will allow you to charge 3 different devices wirelessly and one extra device by using the integrated USB port. The Powercube comes with 8 possible connector tips which will allow you to charge nearly all mobile devices on the market. Some specific products from Powermat will allow you to charge specific devices with ease. These specific products are: BlackBerry Battery Doors, Apple Cases and Docks, Nitendo DS Back Panels and of course the Universal Powercube receiver. In the video below I will show you the following products: Powermat Home & Office Mat ( .99) Powermat Portable Mat (.99) Receiver-Dock for iPod and iPhone (.99) Receiver-Case for iPhone (.99) Powercube Universal Receiver (.99) Items also available but are not shown in the video are: BlackBerry Battery Door (.99) BlackBerry Tour, Bold, Curve 8300, Curve 8900 and Pearl Receiver-Back for Nitendo DS (.99) Nitendo DS Lite and Nitendo DSi Conclusion: Using the Powermat system is a good step into the future. At my home desk the Powermat is a great solution to charge three devices with ease. I highly recommend it. It would be great if the Portable Powermat would be smaller and thinner. The Travel Case with everything into it is still more volume in my very limited cargo travel space. A simple small usb hub build into the plugs and 2-3 individual usb charging cables will save much more space in my luggage. I think this technology will grow and will become a

    Is this really worth it?

Wireless? You still need cables !

  3. coolaidkiller101 says:

@mobilityminded performence in iron cores is better than air cores very unefficent in consumption high voltage is required to allow distant chargeing (tesla coil)

  4. jumbi100 says:

i can charge 5 things at once on my dell inspiron will no hassle. the powermat is a waste of money

  5. p154831 says:

i think its a waste of money better resolution…… by a few extra batteries for your device keep 1 in the device when it dies replace it with a fully charged 1 and then start charging the dead battery way less cheaper than $100

  6. camvvti says:

wow… piece of shit, the charging cradle is fucken stupid, apple sales a cradle for 30 bucks, it goes from outlet, to cradle to phone, not like this where its outlet, to pad, to cradle, to phone. an the cube? ur using a wire!!!!!!!!!!!! its just a gimmick, they took a simple charging process, made it complicated an made a middleman product to stick in between the wall outlet an ur device. FAIL

  7. Schmuckwondo says:

if you didnt have to buy the attachments for the devices, this would be cool…but its not..LAME

i was wondering if i could get the email for the company so i could do a review for this thank you and message it to me

  9. ChrisoneillART says:

Total waste I say, and there is nothing wireless about it, first you plug in the mat to the wall or pc, then you plug in the device that needs to be charged then put them together to charge it. why not just use the tiny charger it came with and do one simple thing, plug it in and done, but that’s only my opinion and I don’t like clutter

  10. Grecian92 says:

It is wirelessly charging you phone. There are not wires going into your ipod or phone. It’s wireless charging

  11. bigdeseil says:

It’s not really wireless you still hooking a plug in the phone or iPod that’s gay ass hell not worth shit in my book need..I like the phone case that u hook ur phone up to and you just drop it on the mate that’s the best thing I’ve seen this so call wireless charger do it suck ass bad

The technology does not function as advertised on TV. You have to buy additional adapters, charging plates, cases, or cradles. By the time you get done buying all the accessories needed to charge all your devices is it truly worth it??? Good luck getting the case off your Iphone as well. Did I mention that you cant use your phone while it is charging. Very deceptive advertising. When I returned mine at BestBuy today they said it was one of the most returned devices of this holiday season. Fail!

  14. javier10tupapa says:

does it already com with one of those universal usb charger cubes?

  15. mobilityminded says:

No, Just that one is foldable, same funtionalities

  16. mobilityminded says:

As I mentioned in the video, It is a great start to get rid of some cables. But the fututre will probably even allows over the air charging

  17. lfvfd421 says:

With a little more development this product would not be such a piece of shit. Wireless charging should be wireless, not add a corded box for non popular products that wirelessly connects to the pad. Great idea but could still use alot of development.

  18. patriotfan2000 says:
