R4i Platinum info
My R4i Platinum isn’t working. I don’t know if I am setting it up right but the right kernel is on and it is 1.4 compatible so idk what’s wrong with it

You don’t need to have at least 4GB. I’m using a 2GB Kingston MicroSD (which it came with in a budle pack) and it works fine.
so u know if they have fixed that?
u maybe need a new one.
can you use Kernal version 1.18 on it even though it says supports 1.4

can you help please i was playing pokemon platinum on the r4i chip and when is saved it and load it the next time it said the file is corrupted wat can i do to get it back
because you have to have a 4gb micro sd card for it to work
it doest work with 2 Gb u need 8 Gb.
if u updated your dsi from 1.3 to 1.4 nothing works.
that update 1.4 is a patch for the r4 cards…

ColeDude57. I figured out what’s wrong. I got my R4i Platinum to work. I am playing Super Mario 64 DS.=D

Dude i have the kernel on the sd card. I even say that in the video. And I got it to work so – it works now
that is mere simple there is nothing on the micro sd card and u need a kernal micro sd card for the r4i to work. go ONLY to the websight it says on the r4i platnum and the latest kernal ONLY ON THE WEB SIGHT IT SAYS ON THE R4I PLATNUM OR U WILL BRICK UR R4I PLATNUM AND THE R4I WONT WORK ANYMORE EVER!
ya it’s from Price Angels and it isn’t really common. I hope someone has somethin useful……
