@nathanmellop i can also run PS1 games
@ashenclone if it doesnt leak, then at the very least the battery will lose its lifespan
i had the original playstation 3 60GB. it got the YLOD and sony gave me a slim. FUCK YOU SONY!!
omfg
it can play ps2 games? HOOK ME UP!
Why did you buy the dsi in shop on launch and never open it? Did you buy another one?
@ashenclone The battery will die!!! That’s the trouble of collecting modern devices.
@pychoncy what will the battery do? will it leak? explode? or just loose cells? please reply
@ashenclone: if you plan to not use the DSi, the battery will fall into a deep discharge state… have you thought about this?
ive got the original 60gb ps3 its by far the best one!, allthough they are less reliable than the newer models, ive had the yellow light of death twice! :L
ps3s are horrible.
@ashenclone hmm fare point btw your vids are good keep them up
@longview92 im not saying they are rare or worth money NOW but in a few years time they WILL be
@ashenclone you can get a 360 hd dvd drive for £18 pound there worthless
it’s got a rip in the box whats the point in trying to preserve it? riddle me that. Plus that price sticker on your DSI should be taken off CAREFULLY before its to late.
Nice i got the original 60 gig too,the superior version
i plan on getting another one to store away a bit like you,but i noticed they still go for a bomb on ebay.
really? gloves?
I would rather have the space for 10, 20, 30 years than hold on to these lol. But that’s just me I guess. Cool video man.
I’ll suggest you never play any games later than launch titles on it, as a lot of games auto update the firmware. Very sneaky of Sony.
@RetroRepair I’m not denying that, I collect Nintendo hardware/games etc from 25 years ago still But I just can’t see the HDDVD drives being “rare” – I remember them being flogged for £10 not too long ago, and can now be bought for £16 delivered still boxed and like new.
Now the White Gamecube that got released not that long ago, that is going to be hard to get, and is now.
@UKNMajor Collectors will always want items like that since it completes a set, even if it is useless. People collect Laserdiscs now simply for the curiosity of the things with players still fetching a few quid, even though we now have bluray and even DVD which is far superior.
are you planning on getting a PSP Go?, I have a feeling that the PSP Go will be worth a pretty pennie in the future.
the only problem is the 60gb has a high failure rate
@ashenclone I really doubt it, and even if they did, no one will want one as HDDVD basically doesnt exist anymore.
are they unopened?
@UKNMajor they will be rare one day
