Shiny Groudon after 20118 Soft reset (SoulSilver)
YES!! I got my shiny Groudon 
I accidentally SRed over shiny Kyogre at my HG on 24th May, so I wanted to get shiny Kyogre/Groudon soon. That’s why I haven’t been here much lately. After 20118 SRs I found my shiny Groudon. It had been almost 6 months since my last shiny on that SoulSilver file. I forgot to show ds slot, but Random Encounter should be enough to proof legitness. Thanks for everyone who supported me. Special thanks to shinycollector7, he was also right that Groudon would shine soon!! =D Bold nature, IVs: Hp. 10-11 At. 14-15 De. 20-21 Sp.A 26-27 Sp.D 2-3 Speed 26-27 IVs look great, but I was expecting some better nature :/ Thanks for watching and congrats to all shinies lately! =D

Lucky. I didn’t even know Groudon was in Soul Silver. I’m SRing for it now on Ruby, but I’m busy on SS trying for Lugia. I SRed over a shiny back a year ago and I’ve been shiniless since :/ Still trying though. Any luck with Kyogre by now?

@COKETABABii no,the Groudon will be red when you see it but when you go to fight it it will be shiny, and it will be shiny when it follows you.

Jeez… How much time does that many soft resets take? I was trying to soft reset for a shiny Porygon in my Platinum version and I had to take a break… I went 5 days straight and no shiny… You Have patience.
I hate Groudon so much xD 19000 SRS and it hasn’t shone yet. A few more and I will catch up with you
When you get shiny groudon, does he appear gold before you interact with him? as in before battle scene?
I am now SR dfor a Shiny Kyogre.

i got all my johto and kanto legendaries in a pokeball
i tried getting a shiny groudon and i kept soft ressetting fast after 84200 soft resets i finally got him but i accidently soft reset over it i cried very much

Someone that was in my old middle school had gotten a shiny pink Kyogre just by pure chance… he said something along the lines of “Yeah, it’s pretty rare it’s, like a 1 in 10 chance.” I died a little inside that day. Very nice dedication though, it’s good to know that at least someone worthy of a shiny legendary got one. I get fed up after a few hundred soft resets, damn my ADD =( I found one shiny in all my Pokemon games… a pink Butterfree in the original Silver. Long live green Kabutos!

Green colored huh? Cools…I dont have 2 DSs so I cant trade my Groudon from SS and Kyogre from HG to catch a Rayqwaza
i found a shiny clefairy in my safari zone and a shiny primeape in route 9 in HG

I notice something. When I first play this stage, it was somewhat difficult because I did not know the route. But the more I play it, the better I become…lol..Practice…. Practice…Practice….Even the bosses become easier the more often I defeat them….

you have to go to the castle on level 2 and finish it with a mini mushroom, that gets you into level 4. from there you need to get all three coins in level 4′s haunted house. after that it will open a canon that will shot you to level 7.
actually i got into level 7 from level 4′s haunted house. if you get all 3 coins it will open a canon that shots you to level 7
