dragon quest destroys final fantasy on almost every level! (notice i said almost so i’m not being completely biest here lol) anyway, the US needs a wake up call.
i ordered a dragon quest 9 vinyl skin for my dsi from china and it just got here and i love it!

@BloogaBla There is only one save slot. It’s a complaint by many, yeah, but the reason is that the game itself is so huge, they couldn’t fit another slot.
please tell me (or anyone else who knows) is there more than one file on this game? i couldnt see the game very well when you played

Yeah We had that game for like a Week in the store I been playing Dragon Quest V which i like but friend say to play IV which the best one.

@TeamUnholyTriforce Dragon Quest is similar to Final Fantasy in the aspect that most of the games are separate, besides the first 3 (which are a trilogy). The series shares elements like slimes and stuff, but all the games after 3 are mostly independent with stories, characters, and usually the world they take place in as well. So no, you would not need to play 1-8 to play this at all.
i’m interested in getting this game, does the story from the other games matter or is this it’s own storyline?
