whatever you do— DO NOT BUY FROM DEAL EXTREME! I only say this because I am and OCD kind of person (not really) but I like all the colors to be consistent. If you buy from DX, they will send you a new case but the bezels around the screen will be white- unless you get an official Nintendo replacement. So yeah thats my rant on Deal Extreme

I still haven’t fixed mine yet.. first I was delayed by an incorrect button in my replacement shell, and now I’m too chicken to attempt to resolder the speakers to the new top screen. This was about a year ago.
Could I brick my ds with that?
